20/30/50 amp

Full hookup RV sites with 20/30/50 amp service

Water, electric and sewer at the site, complimentary wifi, and long pull-through sites less than a mile off I-10 Exit 209A.

What goes wrong at a weak hookup

A hookup is only as good as its weakest connection. A pedestal that cannot carry your rig's amperage trips the breaker the first time the air conditioner and the microwave run together, and a site with no sewer turns every shower into a decision about how much gray water you can afford to hold. Most travelers learn this at dusk, after the rig is already level.

That is why big-rig owners ask about amperage and sewer before they ask about anything else. A 50 amp coach on a 30 amp post spends the whole stay shedding load, and a full gray tank on a dry site means packing up just to dump it.

Know what your rig needs before you leave the interstate, and call the office at (850) 878-7641 if you want to talk through your setup before you arrive.

What is waiting at your site when you pull in

The full hookup sites at Tallahassee RV Park give you water, electric and sewer, with 20/30/50 amp electric service so the post can match the rig, from a travel trailer to a big coach. Complimentary wifi comes with the stay. The sites are long pull-throughs, shaded or open, so you can roll in and roll out without backing up.

Linda Stevenson, a guest, noticed the staff out every morning raking up pine needles and leveling sites, which is the kind of upkeep that keeps a pedestal and a sewer connection easy to reach.

The park is at 6504 Mahan Drive in Tallahassee, less than a mile from I-10 Exit 209A, so the drive from the ramp to your hookups is short.

House rules that protect the hookup

Tallahassee RV Park is for self contained RVs only, so tents are not allowed. The speed limit on the park roads is 5 mph, which keeps the loop calm while rigs are pulling in.

If you ever land on a site without a sewer connection, do not dump gray water on the ground. RV washing and repairs need management approval, so ask at the office before you pull out the bucket or the toolbox. Quiet time runs from 10 PM to 8 AM.

NoonCheck-in

The first ten minutes after you pull in.

Check-in is at noon and check-out is 11:00 AM. In between, the hookups are the first thing you do on a site in Tallahassee: level, water, power at the right amperage, sewer, and the wifi picks up on its own. After that the afternoon is yours.
